Summary:This study focused on the self-concept of little people as well as their experiences of and reactions to discrimination. The aim of this research is to find out the effects of discrimination on little people's self-concept through the utilization of an interview and a standardized test specifically Myrna Pasao's Self-concept Rating Scale. The participants of the study were 10 little people who residents in Manila. The method employed was purposive sampling to ensure the validity and reliability of the results. The results of the interview were scrutinized through content analysis. With regards to the results of the Pasao Self-concept rating scale, it showed that 8 out of the 10 participants were believed to have a positive self-concept. It also showed that most of the participants got a high score or interpersonal factor which is family and peer relations.
