After conducting a communication audit on Tahanan Sta. Luisa, the proponents found that the organizations current strategy when presenting to potential corporate donors was inconsistent and insufficient in relaying information about the organization, its cause, and programs. This thesis sought to address the problem by producing an organizational video that fills the communication gap found during the oral introduction stage of the presentation, complements existing communication materials, and standardizes information previously disseminated inconsistently. The organizational video is approximately 11 minutes and contains the organizations cause, programs and services. The proponents thereafter presented the organizational video to the target audience and received positive feedback, which was analyzed using Harris and Meyers (1993) Framework for Evaluating Videos. The organizational video produced is a beneficial communication materials that can help the organization acquire support from potential corporate donors.
