Summary: | Alcohol use among adolescents is said to be a cross-cultural phenomenon. Several studies have been made in order to fully establish the underlying motives that go with this specific problem behavior. Aside from establishing reasons tied to adolescent alcohol use, this study probes into the effects of peer influence and parental control/monitoring to alcohol use. The participants for this study will be college students from different universities in Metro Manila. The participants will be asked about necessary demographics and also their living arrangement. Alcohol use and peer influence of these participants will also be assessed through the use of psychological scales. |
