This research surveys literatures and issues sourced from both local and international agencies that help reduce environmental inefficiencies in the product cycle of carriers. Through descriptive statistics and probit analysis, this research confirms that grocery shoppers in lower-to-middle and middle-to-higher income classes are responsive towards the plastic carrier bag ordinance implemented in Quezon City.
