A total of forty married career women, twenty career women as well as twenty full-time housewives, ten from each age group were specifically chosen as the respondents. A structured interview was used to know the perception of these women on their respective employment status in terms of their roles as a mother and wife. A Self-efficacy Scale by Sheder, Maddux, Mercandante, Prentice-Dumm, Jacobs, and Rogers was also administered to find out the respondent's level of self-efficacy. Results showed that married women had higher level of self-efficacy as well as women belonging to the middle age group. These suggest that as women get older, they become more experienced, therefore, the higher the level of self-efficacy. 1999-01-01T08:00:00Z text https://animorepository.dlsu.edu.ph/etd_bachelors/11878 Bachelor's Theses English Animo Repository
