A structured interview was used to know the perception of these women on their respective employment status in terms of their roles as a mother and wife. A Self-efficacy Scale by Sheder, Maddux, Mercandante, Prentice-Dumm, Jacobs, and Rogers was also administered to find out the respondent's level of self-efficacy. Results showed that married women had higher level of self-efficacy as well as women belonging to the middle age group.
