A Volunteer Communication Program was deemed to the best solution for COFFIs organizational communication problem. The Volunteer Communication Program contains an Orientation Manual, for reference use of COFFI employees, a PowerPoint presentation to be used as visual aid for the volunteers and Organizational Feedback Form to measure and evaluate the information presented. All of which come together as deliverables of COFFI orientation given to volunteers before their interaction with PWDs. |
