This study aims to identify the model of work life balance that young mothers have achieved. Works pertain to academic and other school related activities while life pertains to child care and maternal responsibilities. Three (3) factors are said to affect the young mothers achievement to work life balance specifically, family structure, peer structure, and personal initiatives. Researchers determined how these variables assist the young mothers work life balance. This study used a descriptive analysis of the said process. The sample was composed of thirty (30) young mothers currently enrolled in the university in Metro Manila, results showed that majority of the respondents reported to have a positive spillover of work life balance. The family structure emerged to be the most crucial factor in assisting the young mothers.
