Summary:Executive Summary. Money Out Of Nothing Incorporated (M.O.O.N. Inc.) is a company located at 403 Real St. Talon Las Piñas. The corporation's mission-vision is to become the leading PRACTICUM Group by valuing customer satisfaction through social responsibility and top quality control. It is a company aimed at maximizing profits through the use of environment-friendly, low-cost materials in their production. The incorporators are Cristina Afable, Judee Carpio, May Ditan, Ryan Lozada, Edison Patdu, Humprey Tacuboy and Philip Yap. These incorporators will all work as laborers and each have their assigned tasks in the management of the company. M.O.O.N. Inc. is the producer of Box-in-a-Box, which is a set of three boxes covered with handmade paper of different colors and designs. The insides of the boxes are lined with black felt paper. Each unit of Box-in-a-Box is composed of three boxes of different sizes. The large box is mainly for the storage of magazines (standard size). The medium box is for the storage of CDs. The small box is used to store utilities. Each box has a frame attached to its cover. This could be used to hold pictures or to hold labels. Box-in-a-Box serves the purpose of providing additional storage space for magazines and CDs. The primary market of Box-in-a-Box are households in Metro Manila. The secondary market of the product are schools, business offices and the likes. The company conducted a production study to determine their estimated production capacity. The estimated number of units to be produced for the whole duration of the PRACTICUM Program is 264 units. A survey was conducted in Ayala Alabang and Merville Park to determine the estimated sales of the product during the entire duration of the PRACTICUM Program. The survey was done through the distribution of survey questionnaires, which were answered by the respondents from the mentioned villages. Estimated sales amounted to P 118,000 units. These projections were done to be able to determine the feasibility of the business and to determine the amount of money to be put out as a start-up for the business. M.O.O.N. Inc. also studied the risks in which the corporation will have to face when operation starts. The company provided solutions for such risks.
