Physiological responses such as the systolic blood pressure and the pulse rate were gathered through the use of a sphygmomanomenter and recorded after stress induction and the administration of each treatment condition. A one-way Anova was used to test for significant difference across all conditions. The study revealed desynchronous responses among the subjects and revealed that there is no significant difference in the five conditions experimented, thus no superior mode of inducing relaxation was found. Lavander oil was found as having no significant or superior effect on relaxation. 1999-01-01T08:00:00Z text https://animorepository.dlsu.edu.ph/etd_bachelors/12110 Bachelor's Theses English Animo Repository |
