Land Investment Shopping Administrator, or LISA, is a computer-based information system that aids real estate buyers in the decision-making process regarding which land to buy and in the easy management of inventory for real estate companies. It is a generic system that caters to different companies in the real estate industry. LISA provides users with the necessary information needed in the proper selection of lands and maintenance of up-to-date inventory. The study contains the detailed description and the problems observed in the existing system like difficulty in accessing files and handling customer inquiries, tedious checking of land availability, and difficulty in maintaining up-to-date databases. The proposed system aims to provide assistance to real estate customers in their decision-making process through the development of a decision support function that would facilitate inventory monitoring and updating via an inventory management system. The proposed system eases file retrieval and land availability checking, speeds up customer inquiry handling, provides a more efficient database management system, and ensures security of files and information."
