Description
Summary:Waterfresh the organization elected is shown as an organized flow of responsibility and delegation of work. A list of the personnel to be hired is presented, including all employees' required descriptions and qualifications. Company policies such as collection period, paymend period, the number of working days and similar regulations are stated within. These form the bases of several assumptions to be used later in the financial study. Legal considerations such as the Articles of Incorporation, by-laws and Treasurer's Affidavit are critical under this portion. The paid-in capital, regulations for dividends and other legalities are located herein. Financial Study. The financial study allows the other studies to be expressed in quantitative terms. This section shows the monetary effects of the investment, production, sales and expenditures in all aspects. Financial statements schedules of assets, liabilities, stockholders' equity, revenue and expenses and other supporting schedules are the major components of the financial study. After drafting the financial study and establishing the project cost, the financial statements are analyzed and interpreted in terms of rations for future business decision-making. Socio-Economic Study. The corporation is not only concerned with the generation of profit but also the impact of its entrance in such a business. Issues such as employment rate, minimum wages and contributions to the national economy are discussed here. Often the most neglected portion of the study, the socio-economic guidelines are essential to the success of the corporation so as to promote its image to the public and gather new allies in the construction of its business."
