Based on the project manager's analysis, the design of the system took shape. The manager's design was the ground for the implementation of the system by the project members. During the implementation phase, certain technicalities on the design were found to be lacking and modifications and additions on the system were made to compensate for it. The system includes the automation of the basic and standard operations of academic institutions particularly that of the Admission's Office, Registrar's Office and the Office of Academic Administrators. It will also provide the school administrators and officers with tools to support them in performing the various processes involved in their respective duties and responsibilities. Thus, ensuring data integrity and the effective use of time and resources.
