Summary:The IT-ED Program is a college-sponsored project of the College of Computer Studies. Part of the Program requires the development of instructional tools. Instructional tools are Teachwares-information technology-based support tools of the teacher. They are meant to support instruction delivery and are adapted to the teaching styles of the teachers. The Instructional Tools for SYANADI are support tools of the teacher in teaching SYANADI. It covers the topics Requirements Analysis and Problem Analysis. The topics included in Requirements Analysis are the following: Sampling, Investigating, Interviewing, Using Questionnaires, Observing, and Prototyping. The instructional tools use multimedia technology to help present the concepts in SYANADI particularly those in Requirements Analysis and Problem Analysis. Various media elements such as text, sounds, still images, and movies were combined to help capture the interest and attention of the students."
