Summary:This study was undertaken to determine the current level of job satisfaction of BSA graduates and their current level of satisfaction in terms of compensation, job content, promotion, relationship with co-workers and physical work environment. The BSA graduate were composed of De La Salle University student who finished the degree Bachelor of Science in Accountancy during the school year 1992-1993. Random sampling was used to arrive at the subject to whom the questionnaires were distributed and a descriptive-evaluative research design was used to come up with the findings and the results of this paper. As a result of the data gathering done, five industries come out where the 43 sample were currently employed. These industries were merchandising, auditing, construction, financial institutions and manufacturing industries. Findings revealed that the BSA graduates were slightly satisfied with their job. Although they were satisfied with their content, relationship with co-workers and physical work environment, they were only slightly satisfied with their compensation and promotion. Results also showed that BSA graduates perceived job content as the most important contributing factor to their level of job satisfaction. Further, it was revealed that BSA graduates currently employed in manufacturing industry were the most satisfied.
