Summary:Text-to-Speech software applications have been around for quite a long time. The main purpose of such application is to aide the visually, audio and orally impaired individuals. But with such technology developed in different languages, there has never been a Filipino based Text-to-Speech software application. The Filipino Based Text-to-Speech software application implements common rule-based Text-to-Speech model using the Filipino Language. Basically it would require a Filipino text input and generate a Filipino audio output. It can aide visually, audio and orally impaired Filipino individuals. In addition, the system would also as an educational tool for elementary students studying Filipino grammar.
