Summary:With the use of statistical tests, namely Goodman and Kruskal's Gamma, Kendall's Tau-B, and Fisher's Exact Test, the group analyzed the results of from their surveyed companies from the Next 5000 Corporations regarding their Moral Management and Corporate Social Responsibility Practices to find a correlation between the two. This research does not aim to generalize anything for corporations in the Philippines, but it does compare and contrast the CSR Practices of Manufacturing and Non-manufacturing organizations. The study covers corporations from different industries situated in the National Capital Region of the Republic of the Philippines. The research is basically find out if there is a correlation between Archie Caroll's levels of CSR namely economic, social, legal and philanthropic and moral management pertaining to the various stakeholders of a company. The group found out that majority of the surveyed companies, both manufacturing and non-manufacturing, prioritize economic the most and philanthropic the least. In terms of moral management, both manufacturing and non-manufacturing companies got high scores in the owners and suppliers and dealers stakeholder. For differences, manufacturing companies also have high scores in the financier stakeholders while non-manufacturing companies scored high on the customers and community and government stakeholder groups.
