Summary: | In an extension of research towards corporate training programs, this study focused on determining significant factors for effective training programs in the Philippines in order for local company management and corporate trainers know what to focus when designing and handling training programs. 7 factors were evaluated using a descriptive research design. A 10-item questionnaire (only 7 items were used) that is answered through a 5-point Lickert scale was given to 58 respondents from 5 different companies. This study would provide an additional chapter that would discuss the operational framework that should have been used in the study. The new operational framework would be used to develop an assessment tool to determine the effectiveness of training programs. |
