Summary: | The computerized embroidery machine is primarily used to stitch a thread design on cloth. The three main components of the machine are: the computer, the electronic circuits and the embroidery frame.
The computer is used to design the pattern for output to the embroidery machine. The computer also sends the necessary control signals to the motors of the x-y table as well as the sewing head motor.
The electronic circuitry consists of the interface card, the driver circuits and the sensors which are used to link the computer to the embroidery frame. The embroidery frame consists of the electric motors, the pallet, the sewing machine head and main embroidery frame.
The embroidery machine can stitch a mono-color design on a 52 x 52 mm squared area. The minimum distance between each stitch point is 0.5 mm while the maximum is 5 mm. |
