Description
Summary:This paper is about a fuzzy logic based microcontroller, which helps the car perform flawless parallel parking. The tool gets its input from 4 infrared sensors placed strategically around the vehicle. The sensor’s detections are processed by the microcontroller and crucial information necessary for parking is extracted from the scenery. A fuzzy logic based algorithm processes the information and make decisions about how the vehicle should be steered and what the speed of movement should be. The aid is a real time tool, which provides recommendations on the fly as the vehicle moves. In case recommendations are not executed perfectly by the microcontroller, instructions are reevaluated, updated and presented until the vehicle is parked acceptably. Innovation of modern technology to make life simpler and more convenient is what this project would achieve. Creating swift motion in parking a car without controlling anything would probably be use not far away from this generation. Creating automated devices would be part of our world that changes from time to time and becoming more part of our lives.
