Description
Summary:This study presents the current status of the two factors namely, Organizational Culture and Leadership Development, of Simplex Industrial Corporation. It is based on the Denison Model wherein 4 Traits and 12 Indices are being measured. This study will tell whether the company is in good position in the industry. And also it will tell whether Organizational Culture and Leadership Development are really included in the factors that affect the non-compliance of employees to the HR policies of the company. A survey distribution and a company observation were done to complete this study. As for the results, through the Organization Culture Survey and the Leadership Development Survey, the researchers were able to identify the indices and traits of the company which can be considered high and low. The results can be considered valid since the indices that got the highest and lowest scores are the sub-indices of the traits that got the highest and lowest scores. The company observation added validity to the study that the organization culture and leadership of Simplex Industrial Corporation has an effect as to how employees follow the human resource policies. The results are then applied to come up with possible strategies for the effective implementation of the company’s Human Resource Policies.
