The study centered on answering the following questions, namely: (1) Is the educational backround of mothers related to the health status of their preschoolers?, (2) Are variables peculiar to the employment of mothers related to the health status of their preschoolers?, (3) Are health management practices of mothers related to the health status of their preschoolers?The research design is basically survey method. It is also correlational in nature. It is supplemented by six cases of life histories. The data were acquired by using three instruments. They are as follows: survey questionnaires, guide questions, bar scales and tape measures.The 84 mother respondents came from Baranggay 12 of Kalookan and from Bagong Tanyag of Taguig.
