Fortune Savings and Loan Association, Inc. is a bank which handles almost all banking processes in a manual manner. The study focuses on the regular savings accounts and time deposits only. Observations and interviews were conducted regarding their existing manual system and soon enough, a proposed computerized system and design were developed. The objective of the study is to come up with a better file handling system which eliminates redundant verifications of reports.
