An Expert System on Land Appraisal of residential lots confined to the areas of Paranaque, Las Pinas and Muntinlupa is developed with the use of EXSYS, a general-purpose expert system program. This is be very useful to real estate property brokers, buyers and sellers who would want to know the market value of their properties while professional appraising cost much and is hard to find. This system runs on IBM microcomputers and true IBM compatibles with at least one disk drive. A user's manual is included.
