A software on evaluating the probability of constructing a random triangle

There are problem in which probability is used in geometric reasoning. One particular example is the problem on random triangle. This thesis presents a computer program on evaluating the geometric probability of constructing a random triangle. Two properties which are chosen at random are analyzed. They include the randomly chosen sides and the randomly chosen angles. The properties are investigated using concepts on geometric probability. In each of these properties, the probability is obtained through computing the ratio of the area of the triangle to the area of the admissible region.The formulas stated in each property are based on the result obtained by Trevor Esingwood in his article Random Triangle and the book Applications of Probability and Random Variable by Joseph Bryan and George Wadsworth. The researchers provide a comprehensive description of each of the methods and evaluate the probability of constructing any triangle, since the study made by Easingwood only evaluated the probability of constructing an acute triangle.
