Description
Summary:The study of identities is itself a major concern of combinatorial mathematics. Many formulas that are encountered in applied mathematics like computer science involve the binomial coefficients so that a facility for manipulating them becomes a necessity. In this study, the researchers present a collection of identities involving the binomial coefficients as well as their applications. Their proofs and solutions are presented in detail using various techniques such as the algebraic proof, the combinatorial proof and the proof by mathematical induction. There is also a computer program written in Pascal Language by the researchers that outputs the binomial expression (a + b)n.
