Summary:This case study sought to describe the organizational profile of the CFC-Singles for Christ Ministry in terms of its history goals membership leaders recruitment activities, services and programs and funding. In addition, the study will also be determine the members' motivations for joining and staying the changes and problems of both leaders and members in relation with their participation in the group and the perceived sustainability of the group. Key informants were chosen using the purposive sampling technique. The particular cluster in study is the SFC of South Sector Chapter B1 of Las Pinas. Interview guides and an observation guide were used to know about the profile of the group and to probe on the members' motivations, changes, and problems. Additional data were gathered using the document study approach and the information were analyzed using the content analysis approach. The findings indicate that the SFC is a religious group which intends to promote personal renewal and evangelization. Members' join religious groups because of their individual needs and their outside environment. In addition, positive changes in attitudes and behavior results from the participation of an individual in a religious group.
