Description
Summary:The main objective of this thesis is to build a Z-80 Microprocessor-based delivery cart. The cart shall deliver and retrieve objects from three stations. With this as the starting point, the proponents shall expand and deepen the knowledge acquired in the Computer Science field by applying the theories and applications learned from the course. This includes an ultrasonic sensing device and employs the use of stepper motors as its actuators. Inputs are entered through a keypad, and a 7-segment display is provided for visual display. During the cart's forward motion, it is capable of sensing obstacles it encounters and do the necessary actions to prevent bumping into the obstacle. A maximum of 10 delivery and retrieve actions can be done by making it programmable.
