Description
Summary:The Automated Robinsons Galleria Guide (ARGG) is a three-module software designed specifically for the shoppers, commuters, as well as the management of Galleria. It is aimed to answer to the shopping, commuting, and locating needs of the user. For the shoppers, a Shopper's Guide module has been provided. The Shopper's Guide shows the location of the stores that are found inside the mall. It was conveniently subdivided into five classifications. Stores that are found in the same level are grouped together. Stores that are also classified according to their name and by their product classification. Aside from these, the nodes in the parking areas as well as the utilities (comfort rooms, fire exits and telephone) can also be accessed through the Parking Areas and Utilities button, respectively. The Commuter's Guide has provided users with ten choices with regards to their possible point of origin. Users are given the routes based on the type of vehicle they are using. The types have been divided into two: public or private. For the public transport, the vehicles that were taken into consideration were the buses, jeeps, and the Light Rail Transit (LRT). The Commuter's Guide also has the capability of showing the number of kilometers that was traversed, the route traversed and the fare (for public utility vehicles). The Management Guide is exclusive for management usage specifically the Engineering Department. It is able to show the stores, and terminals that have been affected by the breakdown of a certain utility. The utilities that have been considered are the electrical wirings, telephone connections, aircon ducts, and plumbing lines. This module also has the capability of showing the list of repairs that are needed by choosing 'Delete Repairs' button that is found in the software. All three modules have maps that could help in the clear visualization of the locations. Combined together, they make up the Automated Robinsons Galleria Guide.
