Babes-ISP is a three-year Information System Plan for the Rogemson Company, a manufacturing firm of personal care products. The study is supported by the Information Systems Strategic Planning methodology. It discusses data management, application IS, hardware and software, organizational units and implementation strategies. The plan shall organize the development and implementation of the future plans and projects of the company. It shall enable the evaluation of the company's existing information system and the assessment of the different factors affecting the attainment of the company's objectives, goals and mission. It shall also define the IS development strategy and implementation processes.
