Klean Corporation chose to manufacture this product out of the three approved proposals because of its unique appeal and more importantly, its extensive target market. This kind of product, with its new design and style, is quite limited in today's market. As a result of the survey done by the proponents, it was found that there exists a market for this product. With the data gathered from the respondents, the proponents were able to learn new and innovative ideas to further improve the product. Klean Corporation has nine stockholders, with each investing 1500 pesos. The stockholders are as follows: Carlo Magno Arago, Kenneth John Batoon, Dante Renato Calma, Peter Jean Catuncan, Rachelle Estalilla, Blessilda Labra, Nardo Lumanog, Warren Stanley Sison and Bryant Albert Yang. The corporation will operate from October 1997 to July 1998 under the rules, regulations, prohibitions and by-laws that will serve as the ground code of discipline. Furthermore, the corporation must ensure that all transactions will be recorded accordingly in the books.
