Summary:A clock made of rubber foam is an unusual yet affordable product. For a price of P 135, people can avail of a durable clock. For D' Min Time, Inc, worked and pursued for its development and have come up with different combinations of colors and designs to suit the taste of a wide variety of people. The corporation is composed of 9 incorporators who will work hard and uphold to meet the company's objectives. The wide variety of people includes villagers from Soldiers' Hills and Lodora Village in Muntinlupa, ICL Dormitory in Manila, Congressional Village in Quezon City, and UE Village in Cainta, Rizal. In order to penetrate the target markets, the proponents conducted a survey through a close-ended questionnaire. The proponents were able to compute for the Gross Market Acceptability Rate (GMAR) which is 7408 and the Market share which is 65.3%. Having knowledge of the monthly demand, the group was able to project the sales of the company. In producing the rubber clock, there are several steps to follow. This procedure will serve as a guide for the laborers in making the product. The length, the width and the color combination are some of the technical factors to consider. A time and motion study was conducted to determine the company's working capacity under the minimum capacity 16 clocks can be made while 32 and 48 clocks are made under average and maximum capacity. Knowing that costs of direct materials, direct labor, indirect materials, indirect labor, factory overheads and the likes, the proponents were able to calculate the production cost and determine the units to produce to break even. As its name suggests For D' Min Time, Inc. falls under a corporation. Its term of existence is for 10 months, starting from October 1998 to July 1999. With an Authorized Capital Stock of 15,300 shares, it will be able to pursue its operations. For the company to undergo and maintain a smooth operation, they have established a set of executive officers that will manage the business. These officers qualify as such when they meet certain standards. Several rules and regulations are implemented for workers and officers to follow. Violation of these policies has an equal sanction. Success of a business is often attributed to its profit. To determine how the company stands is defining its financial condition. For D' Min Time's financial status is made visible through different financial statements such as the Statement of Project Cost, the Sales and Production Budgets, the Income Statement, and the Balance Sheet among others. Keeping track of these records will create awareness on how the company is performing. Thus, immediate action can be executed if necessary. The corporation will have impacts and contributions to its different stakeholders, having both negative and positive aspects. The proponents were able to enumerate different conclusion derived from the whole study. Through these conclusion, the proponents recommend to put up the business producing rubber clocks.
