The most dominant problem for students is their being addicted to the use of their cellular phones and for faculty, cellular phone ownership and usage adds to their expenses. Cellular phone ownership and usage brings about both positive and negative consequences to its users. Users adjust to the negative consequences, though by limiting their calls and the messages they send and they try to budget and allocate their money to be able to continue their usage of their cellular phones. 2000-01-01T08:00:00Z text https://animorepository.dlsu.edu.ph/etd_bachelors/16701 Bachelor's Theses English Animo Repository
