In this fast-changing world, it is almost a must to have a knowledge in computers to be able to keep up with the modern times. This paper studies the feasibility of offering IBM computer education to the public, in order to provide this service to interested people as well as improving the profitability of IBM's Education Center. With the use of tools such as surveys, questionnaires, personal interviews, and research, the collection of data can be said as systematic, along with its analysis and interpretation, graphs are constructed for further understanding and to present the information gathered in an artistic way. The objectives of the study are stated, and internal information related to the topic were included for a clearer view of the situation at hand.
