And its only Service/Body and Paint Center in Metro Manila, Daewoo Cars EDSA, is, literally, a baby compared to the market leaders of the automotive industry. This paper aims to develop a program for Transform-owned Daewoo dealerships which will enhance its provision of customer service. This Customer Service Development Program has been prepared for immediate Implementation on Transfarm's newest dealership, Daewoo Cars Makati. This proposal will involve a total investment of P 2,552,252.65 for the year 1996. But more importantly, it has been estimated that there will be an increase in Projected Sales Net Income from P16,042,656 to P18,391,754 and Service Net Income (projected) from a loss of P145,690 to a profit of P 223,364.
