Batiks Unlimited Incorporated was chosen as the corporation's name because it signifies the limitless creativity of the group members in designing batik shirts. Before each shirt is processed, it has the potential for being designed unconventionally and imaginatively. The plant site of the corporation is located on #1 Dayne Street, Damar Village, Quezon City. The corporation will strive to establish a name for itself in the highly competitive T-shirt industry in Metro Manila. The batik shirt was received warmly by majority of the market. Respondents were curious enough to inquire about the product during the survey. Others expressed definite interest and desire to purchase the shirt. The group members have a history of trial and error procedures behind them and as such, they have the technique of producing batik shirts almost perfected. The proponents have established a set of rules and regulations to govern work attitudes and to maintain harmonious relationships among the members. Although they are slightly rowdy and irresponsible at the moment, they actually have the potential to be a unified and creative team once the reality of the corporation sets in. Although the corporation incurred a net loss during the first month of operation, the string of net profits in the following months lifts the morale of the members. However, the profits are fluctuating because of the high costs of production. 1993-01-01T08:00:00Z text https://animorepository.dlsu.edu.ph/etd_bachelors/17008 Bachelor's Theses English Animo Repository |
