Summary:Flicker, Inc. is a corporation with an existence of 10 months, the duration of the Practicum Program. It will commence on September, 1999 and its existence will be terminated on August, 2000, specified by the De La Salle University's Business Management Department. Of the 40 weeks, 36 weeks will be allotted for production and selling of Striffe scented candles. The remaining 4 weeks will be used for dissolution, liquidation and auditing. Its production site is located in #2 Doña Ines St., Alabang Hills Village, Muntinlupa City. The market study contains the survey and the interpretation of the gathered data. The primary market was identified as Midtown Executive Homes, BF Tourist Homeowners Association Incorporated, Cityland Townhouses Incorporated, and Camella Homes Phase 3 A & B. A survey was conducted using the systematized sampling method with a random start. The Gross Market Acceptability Rate was computed as 68.71%. The monthly demand was computed to be 112 units and the computed market share was 71.43%. The projected estimated production capacity is 20 units per production day, which adds up to 80 units per month. 80 units per month is the projected sales of Striffe during regular seasons. Demand is expected to increase during the months of June, October, November and December.
