There are five basic colors to choose from such as brown, black, gray, blue and white. A magnetic button will be used as the lock. It's a Mesh! Bag is manufactured by Meshmerized, Incorporated. The group came up with the mentioned name for the corporation because they needed a catchy name that would describe the product. The name was formed by combining two words, Mersh and Mesmerized. Mesh because it is the essential material of the product, and Mesmerized because it describes the state of being fascinated. The market would be fascinated because the product offers just the right combination of quality and good service at a fair price. In setting up the corporation, the following incorporators: Anthony Asuncion Chester Caw Patricia Cuenca Roydon Padua Raymond Recalde Fritzie Rojas April Salles Alexander Uy and Sarah Yao are to invest to six hundred (600) shares at five pesos (P 5) each in order to comply with the requirements provided for by the Business Management Department in order for the corporation to be organized. The group conceptualized the product in order to satisfy the requirements of potential customers like convenience, comfort, quality and style. In coming up with the product, the group ascertained the availability of materials that would be the main components of the It's a Mesh! Bag. The Technical Study conducted ascertained that there are readily available sources of raw materials and that the proponents can follow the manufacturing process and maximize the working hours. Due to these, the group decided to pursue the study. In connection to this study, the cost per unit of production and the break-even analysis were computed. Results proved that after selling forty-five (45) units for the whole Practicum project of It's a Mesh! Bag for nine months (9), costs will be covered and anything in excess will be earned as profit. This indicates that the group can recover costs easily and gain profit, most especially if the corporation decides to sell at maximum capacity (monthly) of one hundred twelve (112) units. Survey results provided that out of three hundred fifty one (351) respondents, sixty-nine percent (69%) or two hundred forty-two (242) respondents are willing to buy the product. There will be a potential monthly demand of one hundred forty-six (146) units with a market share of forty-nine (49%) percent. The Technical Study provided that per month, the proponents would produce at the average of seventy-two (72) units. This shows that for the number of units produced per month, there is a corresponding share in the market. The Meshmerized, Incorporated will not run out of demand because of the large number of individuals willing to buy the product. The survey was conducted using systematic random sampling, the results of which are included in the same chapter. Results showed that the market placed their priorities on high product quality and found personal selling and networking strategies as the most effective means of promotion. The proponents made use of cost-based pricing in arriving at the selling price and it included a seventy-three and 75/100 percent (73.75%) mark-up to the total product cost. The market study also contains details on the different marketing strategies that may be used by the group. The organizational structure was a result of a careful group decision and appointment. Appropriate rules and regulations and policies were formulated and agreed upon. Among all the members, the proponents are to comply with all the legal requirements. While the Gantt Chart, on the other hand, was prepared to ensure smooth flow of activities. With all the results gathered, the company has all the reasons to continue the proposed project. Aside from the company having a market share of forty-nine percent (49%) and a monthly demand of one hundred forty-six (146) units per month. The Meshmerized, Incorporated will not only be useful for students but it will also be beneficial to different sectors including the government, offices, employees, environment and its consumers.
