Its members decided to test the feasibility of its proposed product, Disc Ko!, a compact disc storage.
Disc Ko! is a leather like protective zippered portable wallet compact disc storage that can store various compact disc formats. It can house, organize, and protect 26, 30, and 36 compact discs. The compact storage has a dimension of 6.5 length x 2 width x 6.5 height. The primary market of Disc Ko! Are male and female students of De La Salle University.
Disc Ko! would be selling at PhP 200.00. The storage would be sold at shopping malls especially record bards, during bazaars and fairs and through personal selling. The members are planning to advertise and promote the product with the use of posters, web page, and through word of mouth.
A functional organization structure was devised by the members to ensure order in the company. Furthermore, the company is established as a corporation due to its advantages of limited liability, unlimited life and erase of raising capital and transfer of ownership.
The financial study is based on assumptions on certain scenarios. The financial study gives the allocations on budgets and would give an idea on the financial status of the company.
The amount of capitalization required would be PhP 3,000.00 for each member of the company to be able to purchase necessary tools, supplies and materials in the operation and production of its product.
Socio-economic study presents the benefits that the company can give. The factors that contribute to the socio desirability of the project. It encourages the members to become good entrepreneurs and start their own business. |
