Summary:Bag-O Corporation would be engaged in the manufacturing and selling of mesh bags. The company name was derived from the words "bag" and "bago", the latter meaning new. The plant site of Bag-O Corporation would be located at #3 Luna St. Corinthian Gardens, Quezon City. This location was chosen because of its accessibility to the proponents. Aside from this, the machinery needed are available in this place. Out of the 6,534 population, 363 were randomly chosen as the sample size. 312 indicated that they are willing to purchase the product. The proponents determined their target market to all females belonging to households of Ayala Alabang, Tahanan Village, Greenwich Village, and to all female students of the College of Business and Economics, College of Liberal Arts, and College of Computer Science who indicated their willingness to buy. The monthly demand that the proponents would be having is 452 units. Bag-O is a unique, trendy, outdoor bag made out of net-like material called the mesh net, measuring twelve inches in height and a base of ten inches. The proponents would use the Assembly Line Method in the production of the bag. The production capacity of Bag-O Corporation would be 45 bags per day. The corporation would incur a production cost amounting to P94.514 per bag. Bag-O Corporation would sell the product for P 190 each. Bag-O Corporation would be established as a corporation having 10 incorporators. The corporation would exist for 10 months beginning January of 1999 until October of the same year. The capitalization of the corporation would be P 20,000.00 and net income after tax would be P 215307.87. Bag-O Corporation would consider the welfare of its employees and laborers, as well as the community. The Corporation would help the proponents be aware of their social responsibilities.
