Summary:Concepts Corporation proposes to produce HABI, a ladies handbag made of hand-woven fabric with a genuine leather strap/handle. In order to determine the feasibility of the proposed project, the proponents have conducted a Feasibility Study comprised of the Market Study, Technical Study, Financial Study, Management and Legal Study, and the Socio-economic Study. The Market Study Aims to see if there is a market for the proposed product. Based on the survey conducted on the female students of the College of Business And Economics at De La Salle University, St. Scholastica's College and Assumption College, the proponents have found that the product is forecasted to have a high market acceptability rate and a significant demand for their product. The production processes and all the information necessary for manufacturing was provided by the technical study. It is in this study where the proponents found out that they have the capability to produce the product and keep up with the projected demand. Specific processes and procedures in the production of the bag, materials, equipment, tools and machineries needed were defined in the said study. It is also in the technical study where the proponents discovered that they only need 8 units to break even. The financial study would prove the profitability of the company. It showed that 15% is the average Return on Investment of the proposed project. Further, the management and legal study showed the rules and regulations of the corporation so as to increase productivity instill discipline and carry out the necessary requirements of law. The Socio-economic study determined the social, political, environmental, and economic responsibilities of the corporation.
