The study used the correlational design in determining whether a relationship existed between respondents' perceived reasons for pursuing graduate business education namely, professional advancement, integration of knowledge, social relationship, social welfare, escape stimulation with achievement motivation. Respondents chosen were 235 MBA students of DLSU who were enrolled during the third trimester of school year 1984-1985. Questionnaires were used in data gathering. Descriptive statistics such as averages and frequency distribution expressed as percentages were used in presenting a profile of the MBA students. Pearson Product Moment Correlation Coefficient was used as the statistical tool in measuring the relationship between the variables. Significant correlations were obtained between professional advancement and achievement motivation, integration of knowledge and achievement motivation, escape stimulation and achievement motivation. 1985-01-01T08:00:00Z text https://animorepository.dlsu.edu.ph/etd_bachelors/17059 Bachelor's Theses English Animo Repository
