SM City Made Easy. The group's thesis proposal is a Geographic Information System (GIS) of SM City North Edsa. What makes this proposal different from other GIS projects is that is focuses more on customer service and management ease and that it is mainly an application of GIS concepts. There are several features in this proposal. Features included are finding a store's location, a route to get there, latest updates on stores' location in case of changes, maintainability of the database information and map layout to minimize programmer assistance, location of public transport terminals and other structures. Among the information provided is the general information regarding SM City and its tenants, information on the movies being shown in its cinemas, latest events taking place within the mall, list of boutigues found in a certain building (Annex, Carpark or Main), and the list of product lines of each store and boutique.
