BPI ensures the customer of having the right product at the right time. In addition, the costs that an organization absorbs is minimized without affecting the quality of the end product. Also, BPI educates an organization to accommodate different customer needs and specification. Besides, it is the customers who provide the income of the organization. With the very competitive market today, an organization, who devotes its time on improving business process, will gain the competitive edge over other organizations. The customers will notice the importance an organization treats them. And this drives the customers to seek the organization's services or products and not get other organizations to satisfy their needs. Remember, a customer dissatisfied might worth more than a million pesos. In the poly bag printing industry today, Maxwell Enterprises faces stiff competition against many rivals. The BPI concepts will help point out errors and improvement opportunities regarding the critical business process of the company. With these business factors all figured out, BPI tools will help eliminate unwanted bottlenecks and redundant processes of the company. Another part of the BPI tool is to modify the processes for the benefits of cross-functionality and big picture improvement of the company. After all these, an improvement plan is produced for the betterment of the company. But the BPI process does not stop here.
