This project is about the analysis and design of a proposed system-the Smart Movie Guide (SMG). This involves application of the concepts of software design and analysis learned in Introduction to Software Engineering (INTROSE). Chapter One consists of the introduction of the study, the objectives, limitations and assumptions while working with this study. Chapter Two is about the proposed system. This is the chapter that discusses the overall SMG. It mentions the resources, objectives and limitations that are aimed to be achieved in the course of doing this project. Discussion of the system modules and functions is included, as well as the problems and approaches that concern the system. Chapter Three shows the internal and external design of the system. Screens and the discussion of the system processes are presented in this chapter. Chapter Four is the conclusion of the project. It discusses the achievement of the group with respect to whether they were able to meet the requirements and objectives, as well as how they were met. The output of this project also includes the Technical Manual, which consists of the design tools necessary in creating this system. This would act as the reference for computer engineers in maintaining the system.
