The Net Company, Inc. was established to cater to individuals in need of high quality fashionable organizers. Thence, a group of ten incorporators came together to manufacture the 'NETELOPE . The Net Co., Inc. created a net envelope made of mesh, measuring 9x15 inches, with an accessory kit of 4x9 inches. It is called the netelope. Made of durable material, it comes in different designs, giving the consumer the power to choose one, which will match his/her individuality. It has functionality unmatched by other products available in the market today, thus giving the netalope an edge in the business. Considering the high end product, the incorporators decided to tap the middle to upper classes of the socio-economic strata. The primary target market will be focusing on the Females in Metro Manila. With a demand higher than its capacity, the business can survive the turbulent times. There is a two thousand nine hundred twenty-five demand in the market today with an average of 1.8 unit purchasing will every year. To satisfy such a market demand, continuous production shall be undertaken. Tapping secondary markets to have a strong distribution network will satisfy marketing concerns. The corporation needs at least 10 workers to have a capacity of 30 units a day. Considering the market demand, the corporation will revert to subcontract products. This would lower costs and increase capacity. Waste materials will further be processed into different organizers to lessen the burden of ecological imbalance. Management follows a functional structure ensuring a well-balanced communications stream. The primary objective of the top management is to prolong the existence of the company and build stockholders' wealth. With this in mind, top management thought of possible risks and feasible controls for the prevention and/or minimization of its effects.
