However, there has been no perfect formula yet. Today, the challenge for a business to be successful needs a higher degree of effort rather than the past decades for consumers are more difficult to suffice. A descriptive study on the success factors and indicators among small medium and large enterprises was designed to find a "hopefully-almost-perfect" formula of entrepreneurial success. Emphasis of the study focused in stating and discussing the factors affecting achievements seen in the different enterprises in Metro Manila and to discover the indicators of such success. Success factors include: Nichemanship/Innovativeness; Sustainable Competitive Advantage; Superior Product Quality/Production Process; Valued Customers/Service Quality; Valued Employees; First Rate Management; Venture Capital Support; and Strong Cultural Foundation. Success Indicators on the other hand include: Stability or Growth in EPS; Stability or Growth in ROI; Stability or Growth in NPAT; Decrease or Low Debt Equity Ratio; Recognition; Customer Satisfaction; Competitive Advantage; and Community & Social Responsiveness. 1997-01-01T08:00:00Z text https://animorepository.dlsu.edu.ph/etd_bachelors/17511 Bachelor's Theses English Animo Repository Entrepreneurship--Philippines--Metro Manila Industrial management--Philippines--Metro Manila Strategic planning--Philippines--Metro Manila
