Knowing fierce competition is lurking allow business to be ready, and to establish a program that will improve services, which make a difference between loss and profit in the restaurant industry. This service plan will propose some ideas on what Peach Toppings and Noodles can do to sustain its business. Furthermore, the planning or the suggestion written in this paper hope to address issues those consumers have with the restaurant. The consumer feedback was retrieved from the surveys taken after meals at the establishment.
The process in arriving from the idea is first based on a hotel and restaurant industry study done Dr. Divina M. Edralin and Ms. Paulynne Castillo. After studying the facts in the industry, the discussion blends facts with the current operations of Peach Toppings and Noodles. Intertwining the industry and the business allow of researchers to arrive at the basic decision of proposing certain plans.
Since every plan demands certain costs and proper time, the paper develops each plan into something for the company, as it is young and vulnerable to high expenses. The paper will focus on simple changes that are low in cost but effective towards reaching its consumers. |
