From then on, the Internet industry became the highlight of technological advancement. Internet became the stepping stone of the community in their various fields of industry. Thereafter, different Internet Service Providers (ISP) have come out causing very tight competition in the industry. Eventually, many of these Internet service providers died along with the dotcom crash. Only few have survived and Philippines Online is one of these surviving ISPs. Philippines Online (PhilOnline) is the Internet service arm of InfoDyne, Inc. It aims to be the one of best Internet Service Provider in Metro Manila by providing value-added Internet services to clients. To reach that goal, PhilOnlines main objective is to be the most efficient and customer service-oriented ISP in the industry. Hence, their main proposition to the market is being The ISP truly cares. This paper aims to aid PhiOnline in establishing their image as an SP that truly cares. Programs are proposed for the enrichment of the services offered to their clients. Training and seminars for the employees are suggested to further develop and motivate their professional skill and behavior. Different service programs, advertising and promotions are presented to increase number of sales.
