Inevitably, it is a common presumption that the government is behind these malevolent assassins, because more often than not, its officials are the subjects of sharp criticisms and sour remarks. Nonetheless, whether these criticisms are true or not, they frequently manage to get away with it, even with a tainted reputation. Thus, the Right to Reply Bill was introduced in order to give the 2defamed3 individuals the right to voice out their side, and avoid the resort to violent means of getting even with media. But is it really for the interest of a Juan Dela Cruz, or just those seeking to cover up their 'respective' reputations and misdeeds as officials of this country.
