Summary:The author will be conducting a study on the Implementation of Fiscal Incentives in the Philippines. Based on that study the author will determine if certain fiscal incentives are redundant and affecting the government's ability to generate revenues, which are in the form of taxes being collected. Amounts of revenues foregone will be included in the study in order to further support the author's study. Some problems with regards to the implementation of Fiscal Incentives will be discussed which will serve as basis of the author's proposed solution to the legal issue at bar.
